Morning on the Bed

A solitary figure sits on the edge of a bed, the slanted morning light filtering through, gently bathing the figure in its warmth. The figure seems contemplative and quiet, slumped shoulders and a downward gaze revealing that they are deep in thought. 

One wonders about the inner musings of the figure. Are they musings of sorrow, or is the figure simply awakening to a new day filled with possibility? 

There is an interplay between truth and mystery - where what is visible leads one to ponder the untold story hidden in the unseen.
