By engaging with our platform, you agree to the following terms:

All prices and bids listed exclude delivery fees. Upon winning a piece, you will have 24 hours to make a payment for the piece. Is you fail to make the payment within this time frame, the piece will be allocated to the next highest bidder.

Delivery costs are borne by the buyer. Each piece is inspected, photographed, and carefully packaged before being handed over to The Courier Guy for delivery. While we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss during transit, alternative couriers may be requested at checkout. Ownership risks and rewards transfer to you upon handover to the courier. Ensure your details are accurate, as additional costs from failed deliveries due to incorrect information will be your responsibility.

By purchasing through our platform, you consent to your contact details being securely stored in our database and shared with the artist. Additionally, should interest arise in your acquired artwork, we may contact you regarding potential resale opportunities.

Given the unique and charitable nature of our pieces, purchased artwork cannot be returned for a refund.

To preserve anonymity, artworks are unsigned. Should you wish for the artist to sign your piece, you may arrange this independently at your own cost.

Once artwork is purchased, the artist’s identity will be disclosed to you. Subsequent commissions are welcomed, but Motif & Muse does not claim any monetary compensation for private transactions between buyer and artist.
